Bios:
Evin McMullen is the co-founder & lead of Serto Identity at Consensys . Serto catalyzes the adoption of decentralized technologies by resolving the critical identity blocker — the friction of using decentralized identity technologies.
We combat this friction by making it easier for everyone to use W3C standards and specifications, like decentralized identities (DIDs) and verifiable credentials (VCs). Serto’s work builds upon the legacy of decentralized identity research and experimentation within the ConsenSys Mesh, including the UPort, Alpine, Civil and Stow projects.
Our work has also introduced the concept of verifiable authorship for NFTs, utilizing off-chain identity and enabling NFT creators to own the mapping between themselves and their NFT creations.
Adam Sternbach works with startup, early-stage, emerging-growth, and middle-market companies in high-growth sectors such as blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, cannabis, and fintech/financial services. He advises clients on corporate transactional matters, including entity formation and structuring, debt and equity financing, technology commercialization, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as associate counsel to New Jersey Gov. Philip D. Murphy. In this role, he worked with several independent state authorities where he was responsible for overseeing their managerial, fiscal, and policy operations as well as all board governance matters. Adam focused primarily on economic development and infrastructure, working closely with the NJ Economic Development Authority. Adam was a key member of the team that developed the governor’s signature economic plan, The State of Innovation: Building a Stronger and Fairer Economy in New Jersey, as well as other economic development initiatives, including the creation of a state-backed venture capital fund.
Adam has a long history of working on legal, policy, and business matters. He served as a member of the Murphy for Governor Economy, Jobs, and Anti-Poverty Working Group, where he focused on issues involving entrepreneurship, small business, and incubator/accelerator co-working spaces. He was also a policy fellow on the Murphy for Governor campaign, focusing primarily on tax incentive policy. Adam has also served as a member of the NJ Sustainable Business Council’s Inaugural Steering Committee and the NJ Business and Industry Association’s Post-Secondary Task Force.

Jonathan Goodman is the CEO of Trigonal Gallery. Originally started as an online fine art gallery during the pandemic; Trigonal has quickly moved into the NFT creative space partnering with several brands and celebrities on upcoming projects. Jonathan started his career during the Dot.com era of the 90s, where he took a leap of faith in the burgeoning Internet industry, knowing it was going to be a powerful economic driver of the future. Today, he is focused on disruptive and unique technology of the blockchain. He brings a fresh view to new ventures adding value to a company’s bottom line.
